In celebration of Wimbledon Tennis Championships, we have partnered with Fever-Tree, to serve up an array of tennis treats, cocktails and a themed floral installation.
From Tuesday, 4 June to Sunday, 14 July the entrance will be adorned show-shopping floral display of botanical and pastel flowers, whilst five bespoke Fever-Tree cocktails and Centre Court Melting Chocolate Bombe will be on offer to sip, savour and enjoy.
Guests will be welcomed by a beautiful floral archway at the restaurants entrance, incorporating vintage tennis racquets and seasonal pastel tones of pale pinks, light blues and green foliage all in keeping with the famous Wimbledon Tennis Championship colours. The summer terrace area will also be transformed in to an enchanting floral haven, perfect for al fresco dinners, tennis fans, locals and shoppers alike during this year’s Championships.
To make sure guests are left feeling refreshed, our bar team have created in collaboration with Fever-Tree five exclusive cocktails available for a limited time only. Including ‘The Pimmbledon’, featuring Beefeater Gin, Pimms, Fever- Tree lemonade with refreshing hints of orange, cucumber and strawberries, the ‘Pink Gin & Tonic’, a refreshing blend of Beefeater Pink Gin, Fever-Tree elderflower tonic and garnished with strawberries and a mint sprig, as well as the ‘All England Cooler’, including Beefeater Gin, cucumber, apple juice, elderflower & lemon with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic, and the ‘Centre Court Spritz’, with strawberry, pineapple, vanilla and brown rice syrup with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale and The Ivy Collection Champagne. Whilst those looking for a non-alcoholic summery treat, the restaurant will also be offering the Strawberry Serve, a blend of strawberry, fruits and vanilla with soda.
